Charging locations

We're now showing airside chargers in the Electrified Flight Data dashboard. Clicking on a charger icon brings up how many charger plugs are located there and what kind.

While I'd love to list every airport with a Pipistrel charger, I'm limiting it currently to charging networks. AeroVolt and Beta are live and open to the public today. Joby's is likely limited to Joby aircraft and Joby personnel.
